"I am worthy of receiving my prayers"

Do I really need a blog post to elaborate on this mantra? It seems pretty self explanatory but also it's a powerful truth to exist in. I was taught as a child how to pray and now as a woman - I see the practice of prayer in so many ways. Whether journaling, speaking, voice recording, kneeling or leaving affirmations around my apartment - I am simply building my faith in the possibility of my desires coming into fruition. When I find myself living through my prayers - I'm in awe because of how diligent and trusting I was to allow things to work out for me. This is why I value KNOWING the desires of my heart. I value spending time in solitude, in nature, in reflection or just in peace because I am able to have a clear mind and clear heart to learn what I truly want. The mind, the mouth and the heart are deeply connected. If I am in tune with the desires of my heart then I am able to speak these desires out loud and they are able to be in my mind as I make choices in my daily life.

I can trust the desires of my heart. Prayer contributes to me creating the life I desire. I can appreciate the outcomes of my prayers. My prayers are motivation to the decisions and experiences I have in my life.

I am grateful for the different practices of prayer in my life.
